VPN is used by corporate users to connect back to their company. VPN network to get access to their file shares with security.
Click the Windows Start and type network into the search bar. Then click the Network and Sharing Center. Open it.
From the Network and Sharing Center Click the link to Set up a new connection or network
Click Connect to a workplace, then Click Next.
Click Use my Internet connection (VPN.)
Under Internet address Type in your company's WAN or Global IP address. If you dont know WAN IP address. Write "what is my ip address" on Goolge in your company or ask your company IT services "What is our company wan ip?". Under Destination Name: Type in any description of what to call this connection. Then Check the box Don’t connect now; just set it up so I can connect later. Click Next to continue.
Type in the assigned User Name and Password for the VPN Server.
Your user account that exists to log in to the VPN server. Click Create when done.
Note: You can choose to Remember this password
Click Close and then navigate back to the Network and Sharing Center
Click Connect and then connect your company with VPN.
If your username and password is true then Click Connect and then connect your company with VPN. Solved.
Now you connected to your company with VPN. If you dont want to use connection, click Disconnect
